About the Founders
Design Support Partners was founded by Anastasia Joseph and Olia Custino, long-time colleagues whose professional collaboration spans more than a decade. Their combined experience across commercial interiors, furniture dealerships, and construction management provides a well-rounded perspective on how projects move from concept to installation within today’s dealership environment.
Anastasia studied interior design in Chicago and built her career within the commercial furniture dealership industry, advancing from junior designer to senior designer and eventually Director of Design at a major Western Region dealership. With more than 15 years of experience in the contract furniture industry, she brings strong expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), commercial space planning, specifications, and procurement. Her firsthand understanding of dealership operations, client expectations, and manufacturer coordination shapes the efficient, production-focused approach that Design Support Partners brings to every project.
Olia studied business management in Portland and brings a complementary background in construction management, interior design, and business leadership. With extensive project management experience and a strong entrepreneurial track record, she focuses on operational structure, scalability, and building systems that allow the firm to support dealerships reliably and efficiently.
